about

my story

I'm not afraid to be ugly
I'm not afraid to be lovely
I'm not afraid to be true
I'm not afraid to be alone

I reject this country and all that it stands for, I refuse to participate in its extraction of my gifts my love my sex my music my voice any longer in exchange for a like or a new pair of shoes while my soul bleeds.

I was left to die for years in agony due to illness that left me begging for death, I crawled my way back to health through sheer spite and the love of my mother nephew and foremothers beyond the grave.

I have exited society and I stand by spiritual law, which is the only law in a world of fools and cowards.

AMEN.

many blessings,

Luxtress
